In our case, an official private contract will be concluded between the parties, determining very clearly the tasks and the targets, and all kinds of rights and obligations of the parties. In the basic of these tasks and obligations the parties stipulate the exact monthly representation fees. You only need to pay the representation fees upon our monthly invoice, and you can spare by this way great sums, which would  to be paid in case if you have an official firm or representation here.
